Rodders on the Fly – Guided Fishing Experiences

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are confirmed via email and require full payment at least 14 days prior to the session.

  • Payment details will be shared once your date is confirmed.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If poor weather or water conditions make fishing unsafe or impractical, every effort will be made to reschedule your session.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be offered.

  • Cancellations made by the client less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply.

3. Equipment & Licences

  • Clients are responsible for bringing suitable clothing and footwear, including waterproofs and eye protection.

  • An Environment Agency rod licence is required for all sessions.

  • A day permit for the chosen venue must be purchased by the client in advance or on the day.

  • Rod, reel, and line hire is available for £25 per person.

4. Liability & Safety

  • All reasonable care is taken to ensure client safety. However, fishing involves inherent risks, and participants do so at their own risk.

  • Clients must inform the guide of any medical conditions that may affect participation.

  • The guide is fully insured and holds a Level 2 coaching qualification.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Respect for the environment, wildlife, other anglers, and water access rights is essential.

  • Any aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
